Tereza is a bilingual producer, writer and actress from the Czech Republic. She began her professional career in the renowned Theatre on the Balustrade in Prague, followed by residencies in Theatre Reznicka, Karlovy Vary City Theatre & Theatre A.Dvoraka Pribram, where she was also appointed  as a member of the theatrical council.

After relocating to the UK, Tereza spent 13 years with FoolishPeople, an award-winning theatre and production collective, as part of the core creative team. FoolishPeople specialises in original site-specific productions, immersive theatre and independent film. She has been a performer and a member of the production team on over 20 award winning productions, including partnerships with the BBC, the Arcola Theatre, The Horse Hospital, the Institute of Contemporary Arts and Conway Hall Ethical Society, as well as  touring and performing internationally in the United States and the Netherlands.

Since 2018, Tereza has also worked in collaboration with multidisciplinary artist Tereza Stehlikova on an ongoing series of art projects centred on the exploration of the character of Ophelia. Ophelia in Exile, a multi-sensory exhibition was staged at the Czech Centre’s Vitrínka Gallery, London, in 2021.
