Tereza trained in the Czech Republic, where she performed in theatres: The Theatre on the Balustrade, Theatre Reznicka, Karlovy Vary City Theatre & Theatre A.Dvoraka Pribram where she has been a member of the theatrical council as well.

After relocating to the UK, Tereza became a core member of FoolishPeople, an award-winning theatre and production collective specialising in original site-specific and immersive theatre, as well as independent film. For 13 years, she was part of the core creative team on over 20 award winning-productions and projects, working in partnership with the BBC, the Arcola Theatre, The Horse Hospital, the Institute of Contemporary Arts and Conway Hall Ethical Society, and touring and performing internationally in the United States and the Netherlands.

Since 2018, Tereza has been collaborating with multidisciplinary artist Tereza Stehlikova on a series of art projects around the character of Ophelia, originally inspired by Millais painting. Ophelia in Exile, a multi-sensory exhibition took place at the Czech Centre’s Vitrínka Gallery, in London in 2021.
